Recently completed VLCC Interior Execution at Gurgaon

Hi,

We have recently completed the execution work of VLCC Franchise based at Gurgaon Sector -15.
Design and Drawings was provided by VLCC. We have completed the center in less than 50 working days. Where as other vendors are taking more than 90 days to complete the same work.
All the team of VLCC and Owner of franchise are very very happy with the work done.

There are the two to Budget  the construction cost first way - we get design by the professional designer then choose the material specification , This is best and ideal way to calculate the cost of construction, whereas the second way- first decide the budget   for construction and accordingly the designer design the building and give the material specification for construction. The first way we can get the exact construction cost , little bit of  + or - 5% which depend upon the site location or logistic cost and time of completion.
The second way we always get the vast variation in construction cost of 10 to 15% when we start the execution at site because the design is not approved nor the material specification is freeze.
So, anybody planning for the construction they should first hire the professional designer get the design approved then choose the material specification with the construction time frame.
